Copyright problems

You know, just removing the {{Copyvio}} tag from ОЛОН УЛСЫН ЭДИЙН ЗАСАГ doesn't really solve the problem. Wikipedia does not accept copyrighted material where the original author has not given explicit permission to do so. Since allmost all of the text in that article is copied from somewhere else, it will bedeleted. Removing the tag without removing the copyrighted content is not acceptable. In short: "Wikipedia does not steal".

On the other hand, removing {{Copyvionote}} (or this reminder) from your user talk page is acceptable, because this is "your" page. However, it will be seen as an acqnowledgment that you have read and understand what it means. If you still violate the rules (and in this case the law) after that, other people will know that you do so deliberately. Deliberate action against the policies and guidelines of Wikipedia is considered vandalism, and will get you blocked from editing if you continue to do it.
